L & L STUDIOS TERMS OF SERVICE

L & L STUDIOS strives to offer Quality, Affordable and Professional services to all our customers. Therefore, we have adopted the following "Terms of Service" to assure that these our goals are met.
 
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
You acknowledge that you have read and understand these Terms of Service and that continued contact with L & L STUDIOS by any means and/or business reasons constitutes this acknowledgment. 
LIABILITY
By accessing the L & L STUDIOS web site at http://lnlstudios.com, you agree to hold L & L STUDIOS, its owners, employees, agents and others who may be now or in the future associated to or with L & L STUDIOS harmless of any and all damages that may result from the use of our web site. 
 PRIVACY
To protect your privacy, L & L STUDIOS will never sell or distribute any information collected from you in conducting business with you. L & L STUDIOS reserves the right to use your information internally for our own business purposes such as, but not limited to, market research and demographics, advertising and marketing of L & L STUDIOS and accounting. 
 SERVICE GUARANTEE

Your satisfaction is our top priority. To accomplish this goal, we guarantee our services and products.

  • We will be on time for appointments and conduct ourselves to professional standards
  • Our products will be delivered as described and when described
 Through years of experience, we know what quality photography is. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with any of the photos delivered to you as the final product, we will schedule a second session at no cost to you. However, you will still be responsible for the full cost of the agreement.
 
There must be significant fault with photography, such as lighting (exposure), for this guarantee to apply and L & L STUDIOS reserves the right to acquire the opinions of other professional photographers. L & L STUDIOS is not responsible for the condition of the property photographed. It is the responsibility of the property owner or agent to have the property ready to be photographed. 
PAYMENT FOR SERVICE
All agreements entered into for service with L & L STUDIOS are binding. You understand that a 30% (thirty percent) non-refundable down payment is required to initiate the agreement and that payment in full is required upon delivery of the finished product. L & L STUDIOS will initiate collection actions against you if we have fulfilled the agreement and you will be responsible for any additional expenses to collect.
 
Methods of payment are as follow.
  • PayPal.Com (preferred) Secure payments with a PayPal account and credit cards
  • Money Order
  • Certified or Tellers Checks
L & L STUDIOS does not accept personal checks as payment. Special considerations may be given to real estate firms using company checks.
 
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS AND COPYRIGHTS
L & L Studios retains all copyrights to photographs created by us. Photographs supplied by us as finished products can not be used for any purpose other than the intended use as promotion of a real estate sale or rental. All our photography is digitally tracked. L & L STUDIOS reserves the right to use photography in ethical and prudent manners which may include, but not limited to, the L & L STUDIOS web site and advertising. L & L STUDIOS will make every attempt to use, if chosen, photographs which will not directly identify any particular property, if it all possible, but does not guarantee such.
 Any disputes arising from a business association with L & L STUDIOS will be governed under the North Carolina General Statutes. If an equitable resolution can not be achieved, you agree that the dispute will be settled through mediation and not formal legal litigation. Any disputes brought against L & L STUDIOS will be the soul financial responsibility of the complainant including any expenses incurred by L & L STUDIOS to defend.
 
L & L STUDIOS reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time with or without notice.
