Pricing for Real Estate Photography
Below you will find pricing for our real estate photography services. We have made every effort to include all possible situations our pricing, but we admit that there may be certain situations that we have overlooked or have not accounted for. We regret if this is the case. Be assured that we will not sneak in any hidden costs, that's just not good business. You will be given the opportunity to review you final costs prior to your final order***.
BASE RATE:
$30.00 per hour - one hour minimum.
This rate includes travel time of less than 30 minutes. Additional travel time will be calculated at a rate of $15.00 per half hour, in whole or part.
Additional on site photography rate will be calculated at $15.00 per half hour, in whole or in part.
- We make every effort to quote the full time needed to complete each and every session. Additional time outside of your control will not be billed.

DESIGN SERVICES AND WEB HOSTING:
Brochure Design* ............. $30.00 per hour - one hour minimum charge
Web Design ...................... $30.00 per hour - one hour minimum
Web Hosting**.................. $30.00 per month - one month minimum
*Brochure design does not include printing costs. We can assist you with simple brochure designs you can print at home or more complex brochure designs to be printed professionally. The choice is yours. Brochures can be delivered is part of your photographs files. Format will be determind at the time of order.
** Web hosting offers our customers a home on the Internet for their listed property. You will be supplied a web site to show off your sale. The site will include photos, descriptions and details of your property, a location map and give potential buyers a way to contact you. Your web site will have its own unique URL (Internet address) which can be used in advertising and emails. Your web site can include as much or as little information as you need.
***NOTE - BY PLACING AN ORDER AND ARRANGING AN APPOINTMENT WITH L & L STUDIOS YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE ENTERING INTO A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT WITH L & L STUDIOS WHICH IS BINDING. YOU ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ L & L STUDIOS "TERMS OF SERVICE" AND AGREE TO SAME.***
