L & L Studios offers photographic services to real estate professionals and homeowners alike. When you are looking for quality photography for your listing, brochure or classified advertisment, there is no need to look any further. Setting up an appointment is as easy as picking up the phone or sending us an email.

 

Here's what we do.

 

Meeting with our photographer at the property is preferred so that he can get just the right photos to meet your needs. If this is not possible, we will take the time with you to get detailed information as to what you wish photographed. Repeat customers have the opportunity to establish a personal standard with us so that the details will be on file and all properties will be photographed to the same standards.

 

Once the property has been photographed, our photographer will analyze each image for quality and make the necessary adjustments, of needed, to assure the highest quality of the finished product- color, exposure, ect.

 

We will then create copies and optimize each image for  for a several use applications - web, print and custom requests (as needed). These images will then be stored on either CD, DVD, down loadable file, and in the future, a reusable USB "Thumb Drive" and organized in use specific folders.

 

Delivery time of your order will depend on the mode of delivery.

 

For our homeowners/private sellers, we offer the availability of brochure and/or web design and a hosted web page (click here for sample site) for you listing. Pricing and delivery times vary for these services and will be determined at the time of appointment scheduling.
